Terms of Use

Apple's licence

Fjell is made by David van Rooij ("we"). It is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with the additions on this page. That agreement's warranty disclaimer and limits on liability apply to Fjell.

The subscription

• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. After that, Fjell costs 2.99 a month or 19.99 a year.
• Those prices are in US dollars, Canadian dollars and euros. Elsewhere you pay the local price, which the App Store shows before you buy.
• One subscription unlocks everything in Fjell.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. You can ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Not medical advice

• Stop if you feel unwell.
• Heart rate from a wrist sensor can be wrong. Do not rely on Fjell's readings for medical decisions.
• Fjell is a training tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
• You train at your own risk.
